Worst Stinking Service.....I called the office on the 26 March 2017 to report disfuctioning on my alarm system. I spoke to a lady who deals with technical queries, she promise they will send a technician which never happened. I went directly to the office after 2 weeks to report I spoke to Estlein who was very helpful, and she directly called the lady who deals with technical quiries and she promised again that they will send a technician to my house on Sunday the 8th of May 2017 which never happened. I called the the next day and the same lady promised that the technian will call me. till today I'm still waiting I'm paying for a service that is never rendered. These people run this bus ones like a Spaza shop
