Johan went out of his way to put together additional parts for my Pet Poo drain and to take me carefully through the process. If I could I would give a score of 100 out of ten. This was a fun experience! In preparation for 2 puppies a random Google search lead me to an aptly named website that would solve my future problems. The online purchase process was a breeze and the unit arrived within 5 days. Fitting the unit was easy. Even if you don't have a pet I would recommend one of these, you never know when you could be locked out the house... Pet Poo Drains for everyone!
