Stay away from these skelms. And if you really, really must make sure to get a written quote no matter how big the emergency. I phone them for the replacement of a geyser. I clearly stated that I have the replacement geyser, not pipes, valves or anything else. They pitched up with nothing, no pipes, no connectors nothing. Not an issue for me because the breakers and rest of the valves are fine so do not need to be replaced. I gave them connectors and pipes to use. Got send the invoice and the price is just ridiculous, twice the verbal estimate. The job itself is unprofessional, they did not know that the geyser earth must be bonded. And unlike others who quoted less than them they do not give an coc, which btw I did not expect for the original verbal quote but I definitely for for the exorbitant amount I paid in the end. See photos of their attempt to bond the earth. Seems like the English language is a problem. I instructed them to use existing materials because they pitched up with nothing and since the vacuum breakers was still good I told them to go ahead and use them, else I will be left without a geyser. As an member of PIRB it is unethical to do a non compliant installation and only do one when (as you put it) if the customer asks for it. ESPECIALLY for the money you charge. I also found after the fact that they set the thermostat to the max value.

We reported a burst geyser and within half an hour Lgee Plumb-All came for an inspection. 5 minutes later we had a quote for replacement of our geyser. The next morning the work was done professionally and within three hours. Thank you for the professional and quick service!
