It's a nice sized centre for quick shopping. Since it does get busy at times and this creates parking shortage.

Athlone Park Centre
I visited this centre about a year ago when looking for a kidney specialist. It looked to be on its last legs, run down and unkept.What a surprise to find a sparkling, revamped centre, with a modern Checkers store to anchor. Spotlessly clean with a surprisingly good selection of tenants. Loved the spice emporium, could have spent far longer there, and a large amount of money, had I not been under pressure to get to an appointment. But don't be so down, I will return to savour the atmosphere and retail experience of this newly revamped centre.

Very convenient and accessible to Athlone Park residents. Absolutely clean and has an aesthetic appeal. Checkers has an international feel, beautifully set out and well stocked store. Pet store as well, excellent. Staff at pet store are full of smiles.

I like shopping here, very neat mall. Not too busy. Has a checkers, Clicks, Crazy store, Spiceworld, Optometrist, laundromat, barber, Pizza and chicken fast food outlet and a few other stores. Checkers is upmarket. Mall has open and undercover parking.

Newly revamped. The checkers hyper is the anchor tenant and is great. There is pizza and chicken fast food outlets so far and a coffee shop. Convenient center to get the things you need without going to a busy mall.
