Outstanding professionalism and care with a bespoke programme designed for my specific needs. Then Lizani was kind enough to monitor my diet for a week setting me well on the way. Cannot recommend more highly - and her charge is very modest.

I am a plant based chef, I run a health shop, do lifestyle coaching, cooking classes, etc... I am not an aggressive person... but whenever I have to do my discovery dietitian tests... I joke about wanting to 'punch' the dietician in the nose... out of frustration... BUT NOT LIZANI... she is awesome.
