Misrepresentation and lack of clear communication! They had a promotion where if you pay for membership, you'll also get four hair cuts, which ended on 30/11/2021. If u beakdown the costs, a hair cut is R30, and I cut every weekend, which makes it R120, and gym R230, which is quite a decent deal. When I made payment ON 30/11/2021, I asked one agent if I'll still be able to cut my hair since I'm paying on the last day of the promotion, agent said YES. When I went to cut my hair on the 5th Dec, I was told nah
