Beautiful shop and great service. The shop always smells amazing. The coffee is great price and value and their cakes and tarts are delicious.

I wouldn’t recommend this shop. The cake is old and the young staff members have an attitude when you tip them after telling them some of the products are dry and old. Not a great experience.

Both the service from the staff is friendly and the coffee is always freshly roasted. I enjoy buying my beans and ground coffee there.

Popped in for a delicious cup of coffee. I chose decaffeinated and it was so delicious they ground some beans for me to purchase for my coffee plunger at home. There were plenty of appetising eats to tempt but as I had just come from gym, I did not succumb. Next time .... ! The cakes, pastries, looked so good. They also have a wide selection of teas to try and buy as well as special coffee cups, tea pots and coffee to purchase. (I think it was) the manageress - VERY friendly, efficient and helpful.

This shop has lovely teas and coffees to try out, but unfortunately, their staff's helpfulness and friendliness is not on par.On my recent visit I dealt with the manager through ordering a gift. She mentioned that they had my gift in stock, but she can't find the box for it.She asked for my contact details, which I have written down in their note pad, and she said that she'll make contact with me once they receive new stock. I haven't received any contact from her and the gift was close to due date so I decided to phone her.She made an excuse that she lost my contact details, but they have received stock. I went to the store on that same day and the manager didn't want to look me in the eye or even apologize for losing my number.

Affordable coffee and good service.Lovely cakes also.Planning to go back to buy a few mugs for Christmas gifts.

Cake and tea was good but the staff is very unfriendly and unhelpful. Would have liked to order more tea but no service. A customer, after standing around awhile walked out while saying no service". The attitude is as if they doing you a favour. Disappointed"

Completely disgusted as my wife and I entered the shop another pair of customers followed and the waitress or whoever she was completely ignored us and attended to them. My wife then confronted the waitress letting her know how disgusted she was about the service and the waitress actullay argued that the people who followed us in was her mother and that they were here before us? One of the already sitting customers also agreed with my wife. This is unacceptable, we always wanted to sit down at this coffee shop and this is what we get.
