Hobiebeach Guest House

We were so fortunate to be able to get a place to stay at the last minute at Hobie Beach Guest House. The rates were reasonable even when booking during the busy festive season. We stayed for four nights and we thoroughly enjoyed every minute of it. The rooms are clean, ample breakfast in the morning, friendly staff and management made our stay very memorable indeed. We will be going back in the future for many more visits.

Our stay at the Hobie Beach Guest house left us speechless as the service we received compared to the price we payed was way beyond our expectations.The guest house is two streets away from the beach and is a ten minute walk to the shopping complex (summerstrand village) . When you are at the guest house you do not feel like you are overwhelmed as it is spacious. The breakfast is great and you have a variety of choices, you are not restricted even though you are vegetarian or vegan . Their employees are welcoming and are always willing to help you at anytime . We had the luxury of having an electric blankets as well as spare blankets. We are thankful for the service we received.

Fred is a wonderful host. Very helpful. Everything worked well. Breakfast was excellent. Great location close to the beachfront and next to the Broadwalk shopping mall, casino, hotel and convention centre. Very reasonably priced. Has wifi, swimming pool and DSTV.

The husband and wife combo...plus their team...what a wow...great laughs over breakfast, attention to detail and story telling that makes one feel at home. Kept having an extra cup of that coffee to listen to the stories

We stayed multiple times in this wonderful guest house! Lyn and her husband are really amazing people and have invited us to braai with them during their stay! Great rooms, great beds, great location and the best breakfast in town!

From the minute we checked in, we were met with warmth. Hobie Beach Guesthouse feels like home and is definitely a place I would return to and recommend to others.A delicious breakfast is on offer everyday, with a variety of options. The rooms are clean and spacious. The staff is very friendly and helpful at all times. We had an early morning flight from PE and the staff was happy to accommodate us, by preparing breakfast earlier than usual for us.Sincere gratitude and blessings to Fred, Lyn and the rest of the team for going above and beyond to make our holiday break a memorable one.

Our first time visit to PE and we could not have asked for a better place to stay.What a great experience and we can recommend this place to anyone visiting PE.
