Their customer service is absolutely warm. As thier customer (based in Cape Town) I have bought several household material via their what's app and call communication link and never even a second felt some lack of care. During december holidays they are still the same accomodative and caring team. I won't lie, their business ethics and customer relations zihamba zodwa shame kuloPeddie and that includes quality of thier products and time of delivery. Big up to this shop, maybe toyou should also consider opening a grocery storw to assist Peddie residents as thebones they havelacks customer service and qualitu products are not satisfactory at all.
