Virgin active has no customer service they make as they helping but do nothing just want ur money and don't care about there customersBeen 6 years with them and every time there a problem ul wait weeks for helpThere equipment is on a lower standard compared to other gymsZone fitness is half there price and offers great after service thinking about moving over

Useless. Absolute waste of time. I cancelled my membership July 2020. They are still deducting from my account.You cannot get hold of anyone to speak to........Even the 1 star I am forced to give them in order to post this comment is about 100% too high

Absolutely disgusting customer service from Virgin Active as always! Still awaiting a response on my email I sent on 15/04/23 yet they are so quick to take money from customers. Disgusted and appalled! Years of poor service from this company I’ve finally had enough. Would rate 0 stars if I could.

⚠️ Everything is well and fine, until you try to cancel your membership, nothing is done about it and they keep debiting.. I canceled the debit order at the bank, after a month or two, they started taking a lesser amount again, using a different reference or contract number. This is complete fraud…Advice from my bank: You must complain to your bank every month when the « new » debit goes off, the bank will block it and pay you back, after a while of doing this over and over again, they apparently give up and stop. Unbelievable…

Very dissapointed. Once you sign and become a membership all the promises are empty and there is no aftersales. I have been trying to cancel this membership since I started. Only got a reference online no one called me back. Been trying to call Head office. Called the gym itself. Sales rep is not responding. Do not sign up their service is very bad.. Very very dissapointed still stuck trying to cancel.

VA admin is pathetic. They increase monthly fees without any agreement. They don't respond to emails. Calling their head office is a nightmare! You wait for a long time. I called VA my branch and was told I can come use their phones between 08h00 - 17h00, to call their head office. Imagine wasting petrol and time to go sort out virgin active admin incompetencies, every month!! Nxa!

Absolute pathetic and unprofessional and NO Service or feedback from their Call Centre. Phoned 3 days in a row and spent 30 minutes on each call!!! And please note that all of these calls were recorded. They increase your monthly installment and claim to have advised you of this, but can't provide such proof of notification when requested!!! For a company of this magnitude it is actually horrific and not ethical....
