Kia Welkom

Still waiting for my spare key after they gave me date of delivery twice. No communication when they can't deliver until you follow them. Disappointing service.

I bought a car at Kia in Welkom , the car is stuck in the garage, i reported it but i dont get help, their service is poor , i regret buying the car at Kia

Great experience, but they are busy with tiling ( I'm allergic to dust). It was not too bad though.

Friendly service. Bought a car but roadside tyre repair kit was incomplete. Agent promised to sort it out. Update: Finally received the missing part.

I would like to send my deepest, glorious gratification, I really don't know how to put it in words, I'm so grateful for the friendliest and wonderful service I got from Mr Solly, he is the best , from the moment he called me to do the vehicle application up to when he delivered my car to my house, he is what customer service should be, he represents the Kia brand and company very well, I pray to God for more blessings and favour into this man, through him your branch is blessed, he is an asset to that company, not that I'm bad mouthing other brands but I have not recieved such excellent service from anyone, Mr Solly you are the best. And May God continue to bless you and your family including the Kia family.
