The service is a joke. No one to direct you when you get there, one person issuing queuing numbers, system keeps crashing.

Greetings management. With appreciation, I'll just jump to the point. 21 June 2023 Wednesday, I went to Mtubatuba Home Affairs for ID reissue. The warm welcome I received from a guard lady MaGumede" was spot on. A sister on reception dest (I didn't get her name)

Like all other Home Affairs office, this one offers a special kind of incompetence. Expect to stand in the hot Zululand sun while opportunists stand in line for other taking money bribes in order to get to the front of the line. No ticket or numbering system. No social distancing markers outside or any form of security to keep the line. A true show of absolute disorder. Something to be proud of.

I tried to renew my passport two days ago arriving at 800am. Joined the queue for new applications. Around 810 about a dozen were let in. Following this there was no queue movement for two hours, nor any indication as to whether any of us were likely to be served that day. Being still about 25 customers from the door the mission was abandoned.
