Hi, is there a valid number that I can get through to HR as all the numbers that are listed on your website are either not valid or they never get answered. I have been trying to get through for months now. I am soo disappointed for such a big company to be so unprofessional.

The quality of Peter Stuyvesant cigarettes have gone down the drain. Frequently the cigarettes are either broken at the bottom or the tobacco has fallen out, without any damaging to the packaging.The other day I purchased a packet and there was one one cigarette that was half the size of the rest, and the tip of the filter had a yellow tint, as if someone had smoked it and placed it back in the box - this was a sealed pack!Called the customer service and they have been promising for months to reimburse me. They keep calling to follow up but nothing after that. I received a call today from them again where I told them to just forget about it. And here we are.In times like these, with thousand of people buying illicit cigarettes, I’d be looking after those who have supported you for the past 15 years.

They have taken exceptional steps in protecting staff and visitors iro their Covid 19 protocols. Well done

Vuse is part of BAT. I cannot get hold of anyone. I placed an order and the delivery company -RAM - is sitting with my parcel from BAT since last week Tuesday. Why doesn't BAT follow up on their deliveries, and why does a big international company like this use such a useless and unprofessional courier company???? I've sent numerous emails to no avail. The site states delivery in 1-3 days. Today is a week!!!!

I am a Peter Styvasant red smoker, I have logged numerous complaints due to the taste and feeling of smoking wind, they have in return compensated me with a packet but yet it is still the same. 12 and 1.2 is advertised on the packet but 4 and 0.2 is the real feel.

They take orders, promise to deliver and never deliver. It happened two times in succession. Contacting the Rep, I got silent treatment...

Good MorningI purchased a packet of 20 Stuyvesant last night from a shop in my area. The cigarette tasted horrible and had such a terrible stench, it even burned my chest. I ended up throwing it away. This is my first bad encounter with this brand and I am furious.Was this just a bad batch?????????Thank YouFatima

I am disappointed with the decision not to go ahead really the sales of tobacco products. Yes it is a better decision to work together with government, but just the fact that you guys with all your law experts were fooled by government is shocking.In the beginning of lockdown it was suggested that the sale of tobacco products must be together with the purchase of essentials, it was also refused by government or have you forgotten about it??Regards
