Sheek Hair

Had my hair extensions put in today and I am in absolute heaven...thank you Tammy, Jamie and everyone else who assisted me today. Mostly thank you for accommodating my autistic daughter at the last minute who was a handful with wigs and heads but my request to bring her along was met with kindness, understanding and compassion. And for that I am most grateful, my hair is a bonus :):)

I went for my lash extensions on Friday last week, I woke up the next morning and half of them had fallen out. They gave me a free fill yesterday and half of my lashes has fallen out again.. My friend has had the same experience except she went for her appointment on Thursday. I think they should focus on hair and leave lashes out of it.. Or maybe the lash glue was expired or something due to the heat or whatever. But I won't be going back, great staff but nah..

I like the girl who installed my tape in extentions the first time. Easy to find the store/salon. Simple yet professional. 1 or 2 of the younger females who work there have attitudes in general. Vibes in the air. Not all have the same gift and skill. Simple. Affordable compared to other salons whom I won't mention and get the job done beautifully in next to no time.

I think the staff are very kind here but the owner could work on that. I enjoy the atmosphere here as well as the hair do :) recommend it !

Terrible service. The staff members are catty and badmouth their colleagues in front of their customers.I asked them for advice for myself as quite a few staff members were just hanging around at the counter and they just ignored my request!!I bought extensions for my daughter for her matric dance and specifically asked for a certain color. They didn't bother to help me with that. They just said that I must buy the blonde extension and ask my daughter's hairdresser to dye the extensions!!! I also asked the staff members how to use the extension. The answer was, look at a U Tube video.I would never go back again. Very disappointed and shocking service"

Had 5 of my hair extensions come out within 3 weeks of having them put in. I followed correct aftercare, used correct products and brushes. When bringing it up to them they tried to give me every excuse to make out as if it was my fault and that it wasn’t the stylists fault as they believe she does a good job.Not to mention the hair colour was completely opposite of what I asked for. I wanted golden blonde, I walk out with almost silver hair.Customer service was terrible I was ignored for days and after a week of backwards and forwards messaging they still wouldn’t accept the fact they did wrong on their behalf. Totally unprofessional company
