I am extremely frustrated with this dealership's service. It has been nearly two months of back-and-forth to address the issues with my Opel Elegance, and the lack of progress is unacceptable. I bought the car last year November (had the car less than 6 months) I started experiencing problems with misaligned boot, doors, and bonnet, as well as loose panels and foggy taillights. Despite my efforts to accommodate THEIR schedule to resolve these issues there has been no progress and the dealership has shown no concern for the inconvenience they've caused. Overall, this has been a disappointing and time-consuming experience.

I was enquiring about purchasing a used vehicle that they advertisied. I spoke to Joseph on 05/01 he was going to whatsapp me pictures of the vehicle, which he never did. The call got cut he never called me back. I spoke to Roni about a provisional quote for a service on that same vehicle, she said I needed to speak to someone else, I got transferred, the next person wanted to transfer me back to her- a circus. I called back today 06.01 and started speaking to Joseph and call got cut again. They are clearly not interested in getting new business sales, very disappointing as I really liked the vehicle.

I am extremely happy with the service myself and my wife has received, overall we were in a bit of a more complex deal however, Grant Ford & Jason his manager who has gone above and beyond for myself and my wife to give us the perfect deal.I have now found a friend and I look forward to doing new Business with you. I have been a customer of Reeds for a number of years now, and used to have vehicle service at the Claremont branch before it closed down. My first experience at this branch has left me very disappointed and was below the standards I know the Reeds brand for. I booked in my car for a major service, and was informed some additional faults were noticed, I informed them I will return the car in a week or two after securing the funds to carry out the additional repairs. What I am unhappy about is that, the part prices are so different on the quotation I received the day I took my car from servicing, to the quotation I got just over 3 weeks later. For example, the Thermostat for my Opel was quoted at R1,313 initially. Few weeks later, same part is now quoted at R3,126. To even obtain this second quotation I had to make follow up emails for 3 days in a row until it was sent to me. I called many times and was often transferred to and fro, and was told I need to raise it to management. I have been unable to use my car for fear of causing more damage and this service level is not helping. No one could give me details of the so called management and I hope this business sees this and makes an effort to contact me!

I had excellent service from Brian. The whole deal took a bit long about 2 weeks, but other factor were involved like loadshedding. They made my car look like new and assured that the vehicle was roadworthy before collection.

My Corsa Utillity was booked in on Friday 21 April for diagnostic test. Reynolds phoned my later in the day to inform me that the headgasket blew at the number 4 silinder. I gave him to go-ahead to open the enjin and to report on further possible damage. The initial quote he gave me was just over R6K. I still joked about trying to keep it under R10K.He phoned again the 25 April informing me that the head was sent to the engineering firm to have it schemed. That was the last I heard from Reeds. Today I left messages but he is not returning my calls. This is utterly disgusting and not acceptable.

Completely useless service department. No communication whatsoever. Don't even bother trying to call and ask to speak to someone in the service department, you will only be told someone will return your call which never happens. Their workshop is utterly clueless and wants to do fault finding at the clients expense. If you have to bother going to this place and want service deal directly with the dealer principal. The rest run around achieving nothing.

Shocking service received from Reeds Bellville or should I say no service at all from the service department, cant even give me a basic quote for a service, would advise on going elsewhere, if they treat customers like this I can only imagine how they treat the cars they work on.

I am writing to express my disappointment with the service that I recently received from Reeds Bellville dealership service department. On April 18th, 2023, as I was about to leave the dealership after a routine service to my vehicle, I discovered that the locknut for the rims was missing. This is not only an inconvenience but also a safety hazard, as I would have no way to change out a tire in the event of a puncture on my way home.When I approached the dealership to rectify the situation, I was met with an unprofessional and unsatisfactory response. It took 30 minutes to locate the technician responsible for my vehicle's service, who thereafter could not find the locknut at his workstation nor in my vehicle. Additionally, no manager came to speak with me until I requested one, after 40 minutes.To make matters worse, the workshop foreman also attempted to look for the locknut in my vehicle and could not find it. He even confirmed that the front tyres were not removed for the balancing, despite being charged for this service on my invoice. When I brought this to the attention of the manager, Michelle, she said to give them until April 19th, 2023, to locate the locknut, or else they would buy me a new set and she will liaise with the 3rd party wheel alignment and balancing company which they have on site.This entire experience has been a significant inconvenience to me, and I now have to bring my vehicle back to the dealership again to rectify the issues caused by their mistake. I find it unacceptable that I paid for a service that was not properly completed, and that I now have to bear the inconvenience and potential safety risk of their incompetence.In conclusion, the service that I received from Reeds Bellville dealership service department was unacceptable, and I am extremely dissatisfied with their handling of this situation. The missing locknut, lack of attention to detail, and poor customer service are very concerning.
