Excellent communication. Not always what I wanted to hear, but always what I needed to hear. Thanks. Performance of the highest standard under extreme difficulties, mostly out of their control, like import of parts. Even when I got my car back their was a mechanical issue, and Michael came out twice after I called him, once Thursday after hours and once on a Sunday afternoon. Everyone there went out of their way to deliver professional and courtesy service. Well done Michael and the team at ck coachwork, well done!

This company is just awesome. From the moment i asked for a quotation to the time my vehicle was delivered profesional service all the way . Raymond whom assisted me with the quotation in a jiffy to the ladies that took it further with our insurer. To Micheal the manager that kept me in the loop at all times of what the progress of my vehicle was thank you so much . I recieved my vehicle back in an amazingly clean neat and much better condition than what i delivered it to them . The quality of work performed was just amazing and i would recomend this company to anybody . Micheal and his team is just amazing well done all of you . I will recomend this team at all times to anybody .

Terrible service took two weeks to replace the back door and after the excess was paid.they told my wife about the missing rubber lining that they forgot to install and they don’t have the necessary equipment to install it. What a joke of a company. Dont take your vehicle there

Insurance motor assessment centre for Momentum. Maps privides a very torturous route. It is close to N1 City in Goodwood.

Do not use this company!!!I repeat do not use this company!!!The worst customer service experience I have ever received. They took 4 weeks to repair my vehicle. They never provide updates and they never call you back. Workmanship was below par, when my vehicle was finally ready there were still reassembly issues that I had to be pointed out, like missing panel clips and poor spray painting patches.Please be warned!!!

My worst decision was letting these people repair my car. The car was not properly painted and worse they left a dent on my bonnet. The front passenger seat belt sensor is not longer working. This is after they delayed getting the car ready by 3 days. I regret letting them touch my car!!!!. Check reviews before doing business with them

Unfortunately, I cannot give a positive review for this CK Coachworks Tygerberg. I've awarded them 1 star. Sent in my car for a repaint for dents (front & rear bumpers + left rear door) & scratches & a week later, it came back with 2 issues:1. Keyless System Faulty. Which they refused to take accountability for. Upon following their recommendations to book it in at VW for repairs for the fault they caused. Totally unprofessional & I was inconvenienced as a result both financially (1.8k) & my time (4hrs of work) I was supposed to be at work. When I dropped the car it had no mechanical issues, but when I picked it up, suddenly the car has new issues that were previously not there. They wanted me to sign that the car had no defects, & I indicated that defect upon inspection of the car on collection.2. Repaint job had not been done at a satisfactory level (mismatch in colours visible under direct sunlight) on both rear & front bumpers. They tried to blame it on the previous repaint work that was done on the bonnet before.I am not recommending CK Coachworks Tygerberg to anyone who values their time & companies with unprofessional work ethic.What could they have done better?:1. Appologize for the inconvenience & take accountability & responsibility to repair the car at their cost & return it in the condition they found it in. Instead of beating about the Bush to dodge overhead/unforeseeable costs.2. Follow-up to check if the client is still happy with the paint job done on the car.Had you treated me with that kind of approach, I would be writing a positive review expressing my gratitude & appreciation for the work done on my car.I just noticed that I'm not the only one to raise concerns about their quality of services. When I browse through their poor reviews, They all have similar a clear traceable pattern/trend on their poor reviews.
