Taking part in the yoga classes of Jen was a real treat to my body as well to my soul. I have been to yoga classes before but actually I was never really hit by yoga. The class with Jen however was completely different. Jen is a natural teacher who is able to really direct you into yoga and at the same time direct you into yourselve. After the class I really felt reborn and in peacefull balance with myselve.
