Having a party? King cake party city has got you covered for any celebration: From Bachelorette to Weddings - but I found the staff very vriendly & helpfull to pick out a set of helium balloons for a birthday. Very cheap festival of baloons in every colour imaginable - even Metalic & glitter.Very well stocked and impressive range of party apparel. If you want to make your party pop - just come & speak to the ladies here.

Helpful and knowledgeable staff. They didn't have the key I wanted for my mom's 70th but I did everything else with them. From balloons to the cake to biscuits and it was done very smoothly.

Ladies should really work on their client skills. It's all good to have fun with your clients,However there's a limit.Was trash-talked upon by a employee and her store visiting friend on Friday. All because myself and my colleague was not satisfied with what was on offer/our options.We were trash-talked all the way out of the store and mocked.

A great store for all your party essentials. They have various party themes which they cater for and can even make the cake you need at the same store. One or two items tend to be a bit pricey but overall it is go to shop for your party needs.

Staff is friendly and efficient. If you don't find what you are looking for on their shelves they will source it for you..definitely recommend them

OMW I went to this store to buy birthday decor got a shock of my life when we were welcomed by a Rude shouting lady because I asked a price and she was so upset because I just asked for a price without greeting her.. I went back to the store to report her to the Manager because I wasn't happy the way she treated me and my daughter cause after she screamed at me with terrible attitude she walked away without assisting us.i went back to the store only to find out that she is the Manager of the store... Lost for words that a Manager can treat he customer's in this manner even when I tried to talk to her she was still rude telling me that the customers isn't always right WOW shocking service I'll never purchase at this store ever again

Absolutely shocking service rendered on the 8th of August 2019!I came by your store at around 5:25 and promptly asked the lady working there for some helium balloons and a sash for my sisters birthday. All was well and we chose balloon colours and everything. Then, the lady calls me to come and pay as I had wandered down the store aisles.At some point I asked the lady if she still remembered to make the banner. She corrected me and said that it was a sash, which it was. Fast forward to when I’m about to leave the store... I’m told that she “forgot” about the sash and that the shop is closed so I can’t get the sash.I was exceedingly disappointed

Visit the shop today.was so disappointed with the behaviour of a male and female assistant in the store.they were loud and rude.they were dicussing clients.ive walked out and dont think i will set foot in that store again.

I was in a pickle finding a store who will be able to fill the character balloons I bought at another shop. It was for a very special little boy who has been through hell and back in surgeries and medical diagnosis. I went to the shop and knocked on the door,, I knew they weren't open yet but just wanted to find out if they do fill balloons. I was immediately turned away, firstly we only open at 9am,which I understood and I also start at 9,then was told they do not fill balloons unless it was bought at the shop. Even though I was willing to pay. I received amazing service from another store later in the day. I would suggest staff members who is not capable to give adequate customer service or advice to receive training because I was not a unthankful customer but a customer who worked in the industry for many years.
