Update: Just got home to my new massive Jasmines. Very happy with them! Thanks to Nick and team for the service. I'm a happy customer once again.I thought after waiting almost two weeks I'd be getting nice big plants as advertised on the website. But I was really disappointed with these...The advertised picture showed they're about 120cm high and thriving but the ones that arrived were only 80cm and struggling.Superplants had 150cm tall beauties for only R150.

I would recommend clicknplant. Bought a gorgeous streltzia that was incredibly well priced for its size even though it took a few days for it to survive. Collection was easy and convienent. Adorable dog to pat. Would certainly purchase from them again.

This is my third order. All of them have taken long but this last one was longer than a month for delivery. According to the person, he was sick. Anyway. Out of my order I have received 1 item that I ordered the rest was promised to be replaced more than a month now and still waiting. I have given up but need to write this review. They have a nice range of indigenous plants, but I think it would be better suited to go and visit the store. The online order management and order picking is dismal to say the least. Promises are also not kept. I understand at times it is difficult, but at the very least still do right by your customers and even reply if it is a week later.

I've ordered from Click&Plant three times already and I was very happy with the quality of all their plants. A bonus to me is that I can pick up the plants and pay cash on delivery. The plants are always scheduled for pickup on Fridays and Saturdays, so I need not worry that a packet of plants is somewhere stuck in delivery. Their prices are always cheaper than other shops and often they are the first to stock the plant. Very professional. I will definitely order from them again.

I am disappointed at the company for lack of communication and not delivering. I ordered seedlings in January and now its March still waiting on their delivery. There only communication I got was we have received your order and are preparing it, thank goodness it was cash on collection because honestly this is no service at all. I wouldn't recommend them and I should have read the reviews before ordering.
