TIDY TUES TAILORS

Iv always had good experiences with tidy tux tailors. I'm juts alittle unsure about the change in name and owners now to Boss tailors. I was at tidy tux yesterday only to find new owners who had my garment. When I have my slip it took a while for them to find my garment and then when I wanted to pay their machine wasn't working so I basically drive all the way to fetch my garment and was asked to come back again, had to leave my garment and wasn't given my slip back. I had to return in the store to get my slip. Alittle disapointed that their has been a change in owners and staff, I will definitely be using another tailor or finding another original tidy tux. Ownership seems to have changed to Boss Tailors. I’ve previously had good workmanship, but this time with the new owners was SHOCKING. This is one side of a tie shortening (the other side isn’t much better). Garments were meant to be ready for 4pm. I left there at 16:28, asking for my jeans to rather be handed back (hem to be done), based on the workmanship of the tie. No apology given for ruining a family heirloom tie. Or for garments not being ready on time and for making me hang around.

Had buttons sewed onto a blazer and paid R10 per button. It was not even sewed on in a straight line. Now i have to remove it and sew it on myself
