Friendly service and well priced very neat and well maintained

Worst service ever! We left our dogs for a week, we got them back so skinny and our pit bull puppy had a huge open wound on his knee. Would not recommend.Edit:Just to add to my previous review, the owner stated that our dogs needed to be separated on the first day because they were eating each others food. Why were my dogs still so extremely skinny if they were in their own kennels with their own food now? The owner also stated that they did notify us about our pitbull puppy's wound, which is a total lie. We only saw the wound once we arrived at home. (Let me tell you, it's not a scrape, it's a huge gaping, deep wound). They still haven't given us a clear answer on what actually happened. The size of the kennels was not the problem, their ability to take care of my animals was the problem. We also notified them that we live far away and can't just have a drive to come look at the kennels, which we were then assured that the kennels would be fine. The owner has not once apologized, but instead keeps giving us a bunch of stories that doesn't add up. All this for R2000 for 7 days. How absurd?Don't waste your money or time. I expect to receive my animals in the same state as which I left them. They were traumatised and extremely hungry.TERRIBLE SERVICE

Clean place. But we waited 30min outside in pouring rain wanting for them to open for us so that we can get our dog. We called the phone number on their website a few times and was left on voicemail and they knew we were going to fetch our dog on monday still didn't specify the time when they were open and when we could pick him up. Rotten service.

Hansie was extremely helpful. Does and amazing jobs and even gave our dog a Christmas present

Beautiful clean kennels, efficient friendly staff, safe grass runs for dogs to exercise in, indoor cattery, indoor kennels for small dogs

We had to leave our two Jack Russels in the kennel for 2 weeks. When we got them, they still looked as healthy and happy as always. Thank you!

Misunderstanding about drop off time.

My cat was so well cared for.The team at tiptop kennels really understand how tough it is to leave a pet behind... Even for a few days.

Left 3 cats for 10 days with them. Very clean, cats were in a great condition when I picked them up. Will definitely recommend them.
