Went to look at carpet and laminate flooring samples. Staff were utterly disinterested in assisting us. Had to drag information out of them. Owner could not be less interested in helping either. Would not recommend this branch.

Worse service ever. Have been shouted at by the rep, hurled abuse by the fitters. NEVER AGAIN

I felt nervous and excited to get a new installed carpet for my home, in a small bedroom that wasn't going to be a huge job yet it means the world to me. So far, I am in the process of receiving quotes and Top carpets Randburg has been a delight to deal with, their initial call out was a bit slow over 24 hours, yet their sales Technician Mike is friendly, to the point and easy to contact, every time I call with a question they answer. So far I feel happy. I have paid a deposit and awaiting installation. I feel so excited. So far Top Carpets Randburg is tops and I hope their after sales service (which has the potential to make customers regret their purchase) is even better as I plan to get off cuts of the carpet and they said they will help me with it.

I tried to engage with them on two occasions to get them to either come out or to provide a quote on drawings. Every interaction was an effort for them. If the service is this bad over the phone the actual work can't be better

Somehow they sent us a quote significantly higher than the price quoted in store and they didn't bother to respond when we asked why. Service was really not impressive.
