Great service and they do a great job cleaning your vehicles as well as price is good, so can recommend to go to any of there shield branches all round Gauteng area.

I trust that as a business seeking profit and customer loyalty . treating customers with respect and providing top notch customer service would be a priority. that's not the case with the shield carwash express located at Alberton city. I had to wait two hours for my car to be cleaned . I went to my car to find all doors closed the inside had not been cleaned and the outside was not wiped down . bear in mind I asked and paid for a full carwash experience . I approached the manager and told she's understaffed , is this not something you should inform customers about before they allow you to wash they vehicles? so that they can make a choice of leaving they vehicles there or not . Time is valuable and not respecting it in a manner of wanting to make money over good service is so disrespectful . I waited for an extra 30mins and received a vehicle that looked like it hasn't even been washed, did not even receive a airfreshner to try to make such a horrible situation slightly better . To the Manager @ Shield express @ Alberton city, kindly practice better business ethics and respect customers time and effort. if you are over staffed and have too many vehicles at hand. let the client know before you provide a horrible service that takes three hours long.

I was not happy with my car they didn't wash properly, I guess the cloth that the were using was dirty ,cause my Windows are not clean and clear the is some marks, side mirror it still dirty . I saw when I'm at home. I was not impressed how they wash my car and it was my first time taking my car to that car wash.

Very bad service,ladys at cash point bad service,please get new staff that know how to treed paing customers,,and a nother thing u pay after your car is wash not befor u had recieved a service,please do something about your staff they dont know how to work with people

Worst experience ever! After hour and half, rims & mirrors were still dirty. When I approached the manager, she claimed that they were not able to remove the marks. I took a sponge and removed the marks myself in front of the staff and management. Did not even receive an apology from the manager. Very very poor customer service and lack of management skills. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS CARWASH AT ALL.

The shield express car wash has the worst customer service. The staff do not have any respect for the customers. The staff have the audacity to laugh at customers in their faces. When asked for the manager, the staff state they will have a chat with the manager. On another note, the vehicles are washed poorly, the amount of which is paid for the car wash , a customer should expect a job properly done. The staff need to be trained in customer service, they need that ethical work background. At the end of the day all customers needed to be treated with respect. The disrespectful staff are actually chasing decent customers away. Hopefully this matter will be addressed.

They didn't wash properly I have just been there and worse I left my dashboard spray in the boot where my spare wheel sit and guess what they swapped my tin with an empty one when I got home I just opened my boot to get my spray wow wow ...empty tin and they took my full one ...wow wow ...

I would give a 5 out of 5 because the people cleaning your car really care about doing a good job BUT the price of services rendered makes them lose a star. Its no longer possible to wash your car every weekend not for the average joe anyway and not at Shield. :-(

At Alberton City today 09 August 2017 around 12:30 i have been swore at by one of the carwash attendants working inside the parking lot area. The paystation at game top entrance didnt work, so i drove to the Mr Price entrance. I stopped on the disabled parking, knowing i was just going to be a few seconds to pay my parking ticket, when the attendant not even greeting me, just yelled at meticket"? I ignored him and etered the mall. As i came out

My car ended up with bad scratches on the rear end. Not sure what cloth was used when washing, but the scratches could have been avoided with the use of proper wash cloths. Extremely annoyed and disappointed!!!
