Terry and her team of incredible carer's have been such a lifeline for us. My dad was in the advanced stages of dementia and with my elderly mum being the sole carer, and me living abroad, life was very difficult for us all. Being so far away, the worry and feeling of helplessness was immense – until we found Terry.Terry’s vast experience with caring for people with dementia is so evident in the way she interacts with her clients and their families. Terry is always there to help at any time of day or night. Nothing is too much trouble and she anticipates where help will be needed or need to be adapted. Terry throws her heart and soul into her work. She is hands-on, reliable, and most noticeably, Terry cares about her clients.Her team of carer’s soon became like members of the family. My dad was not always an easy client due to the nature of dementia, but the carer’s were there regardless of what difficulties they had had to endure with him previously – and they were always there with a smile.Not only was the standard of care outstanding, we would also receive a weekly report of my dad’s wellbeing including his food intake, activities, sleep, mood, etc and any new problems. This was most helpful in terms of assessing his level and rate of decline.My dad sadly passed away last month. I still keep in touch with Terry and will always be so grateful to her for allowing us as a family to enjoy the time we had with my dad rather than constantly worrying or arguing about the next challenge that his dementia would bring.I would have no hesitation recommending Terry and her fantastic team of carer’s. The worst possible option you could choose. What is promised and communicated is the polar opposite of what they provide and when you request the basics in terms of contractual agreements and carer KPA you are met with disregard, dismissive commentary only via Instant messaging or email not even a phone call. Business acumen and ethics are non-existent, and misrepresentation and omission of information seems to be the core value of their offering.

TERRY was an absolute star. My household was man down with Covid, and I was too sick to look after my mom, so after her and I spent a day in hospital, on blood thinners, MRI scans etc, I decided to rather get home (mom has no medical aid and even though I did, I was not going to stay in and send my mom home) and get Terry and her team in. This allowed me to rest knowing that my 73 year old mom was being cared for at night and if need be, someone was watching her, taking her stats hourly etc, that if things took a turn we could then get her to hospital. My boyfriend also had covid pneumonia so we would not have coped at all without the care and support of Terry. They took the risk and all the precautions in a house full of covid. That's real service in my book. You will not regret using this company to care for those you love and value most.Cindy
