Worst rental agents I have worked with, does not follow up. Does not really do anything. Got bad tenants so poor quality of finding tenants.Would not recommend this company. Stay away.

Be careful who you use as agents. Look for an agent who is willing to go the extra mile, and not just have excuses and does not do their prep work before selling a property. I am disappointed in our whole experience with Red Heart Realty.

I am truly disappointed in RED HEART REALTY.When we were looking for a good place to rent we were screened and everything worked perfectly. We paid our rent every month for 2 years always a day or 2 ahead of the due date.The place we rented became available for purchase and we decided to purchase the property. Months ahead of time I went out of my way to notify the realtor agent about us purchasing the property with no message back from their side.The property registered and I notified the realtor as well as the previous owners that the property has been registered on our name and would like to make arrangements for our Deposit to be paid back.Our contract expired on October 31st and according to them deposit will be paid back after 2 weeks. We are currently at the end of November with the only excuses as You have to be patient"
