Quoted for and charged for a service and repair. The machine was there for weeks. Given excuse after excuse for machine not being ready for collection. The machine was collected and the service had not been done. I was told they had not serviced the machine as this had not been requested.

I am happy to say that technical staff was very efficient. They helped me sort out my machine and was very helpful. I was not so happy about the lady when I asked if I could be taught how to use my machine, she wanted to charge me, when I was told previously that if you own an Elna machine that lessons would be free
