Very reliable and great to work with. Had a dead hot water system and Dave came out to inspect and laid out the options. Prices were great and fixed with no bolt on costs.Called them back when I thought there was a leak in the pipes and they were prompt. found the leak in another part of the house and resolved in less than an hour. highly recommend and will definitely use in the future

When our hot water system was broken, they came in to inspect asap, installed a temporary unit to get us going and installed the brand new one the next morning. Top quality work, highly recommended

My outside natural gas water heater stopped working. I phoned Baywood to see if they could determine and fix the problem.The response was very professional.They phoned me back at the time they said they would.They came and assessed the problem - old system no longer working or worth fixing.They told me how much a replacement heater would cost and were on site within 15 minutes of my accepting the quote. Quickly and very neatly they took out the old heater and replaced it. Great job. Thanks Craig at Baywood
