Very poor service. Only one cashier available on a Saturday. Low stock as well. Shop is very disorganized.

Felt like a heatwave- wanted to get out asap.Magnet was left on garment and had to go back the next day to remove it.Happy customers- happy sales managers.Service was friendly though.

The worst customer experience ever!!!. The sales people have no people skills. The manage is never in the store. Their inefficiency cost my time and money for purchases that I still do not have, one week later! Frustrating and extremely awful service!!!!!!!

So I was at your branch on Saturday..took some items..and there was a power outage.I asked the staff to keep all my stuff ..I will there in the morning to fetch it..they said no problem..got there around 10am..I was told to ask for a lady called Elsi..when I got to the lady that was at the till point..I asked for Elsie..she blatantly told me she isn't Elsie..she went to get my stuff..came back to the till and left my bag of stuff on the floor and started to serve another customer..but then I was already upset with her attitude towards..me I stood aside waiting to be served..by then there where lots of people in the que..she then tells me to follow the que In an abrupt manner.I think judging from the reviews here you need to train your staff...I left and didn't purchase all the items I wanted..she gave us like 3 different names for herself..Jane was one of them..Disgusted with the attitude
