The owner does not know customer service, I came at first to ask how do I inflate the new kind of tube with the new kind of valve (I had bought it there plus the pump) with the pump I had bought there, the pump did not fit, the owner infront another customer said something like I am the one who does not know anything about bikes, though his son ended up wanting me to buy an adaptor, this was totally unnecessary commentary from the owner.Yesterday I came to replace a punctured tire, while talking to his son, the owner then said We must quiten down the noise because he is on a call"
