Huge Networks

My dad's Fibre was installed over a period of a few days. After they eventually installed the fibre his internet stopped working this morning. We logged this early this morning and they said someone will go out to assist him today. No one came to fix the fibre today and now he has to sit without internet For the whole weekend because Huge Networks can't assist over the weekend. This is horrible service. If i knew we were going to get this service i would never sign up with them.

Had intermittent internet for 2 weeks. Logged multiple tickets and the issue has not been resolved after a technician came to fix" it.Extremely limited support over the weekend if you have an issue you will need to wait until Monday."

Very dodgy setup. Guy comes in finds old stuff from a previous resident. So doesn't install new equipment. Then sees a modem and says o we are supposed to retrieve this and takes it away. Looks down the entire time while trying to make it seem his is company policy". I mean if you were supposed to retrieve old stuff...do it. Don't charge me an installation fee and leave the old equipment and say some things are ok for reuse and somethings need to be retrieved."

If I could give no stars I would. For the past 2 years the only thing we experienced was problems. Will definitely not recommend. Slow customer service (up to 4hrs) to get back online. As a business this is not ideal. No warning when Data runs out, everything just goes off. We have asked for a reminder but nothing came of it. No way of tracking your data usage.

Worst service ever, consistently wants to do double debit orders, over charges small business to put them in debt and works with small wi-fi companies that never get back to you, huge networks never respond to emails and they don't care what they charge you or what kind service you get.. NEVER EVER SIGN UP WITH THIS COMPANY

I absolutely do not recommend at all! If I could give them minus 5 stars I would because this is the worst internet service provider in existence. Can't even call them a service provider, as there is no service. Our internet is more off than on. If you see this review please do yourself a HUGE favour and run far far away!

Worst service ever. As a business we lost 2 days without internet and Huge Networks don't care (we were only a customer for less than a month). I would personally be embarrassed for the rating they have but clearly this does not incentivize them to try and be better.It is evident from the reviews that you should avoid this company at all cost. They overcharge and under perform. Even though we had to pay extra as it is a business line (which should mean we get preference when there is an issue) they still left us without internet for 2 days. Today, I am again without internet and as a business this not only costs me money, but results in revenue loss.WILL NEVER RECOMMEND
