Unprofessional and unethical practices being conducted at what's supposed to be a centre to help animals in destress. They are more concerned with your net income and running irrelevant tests than actually helping your pet. Let this be your absolute last option when taking your pets here.

They do a great job in terms of animals. The receptionist however is the most unhelpful person there is. Unfriendly and not intersted. Has no public skills. I got here at 13:50 to collect my cat after sugery and got told only between 14:00 and 15:00. So i wait 10 min....back to the receptionist.....no now only between 15:00 and 15:30. Then when i ask why she didn't tell me that when i got here....she says she sent a mail.Truly not the right person for this position
