Woodford Car Hire - King Shaka Intl. Airport

The front office staff was great knowledgeable and efficient. Upon returning the vehicle Billy is a star employee. Excellent customer service from him always with a smile. My deposit has not been cleared one week two days after. Total 9 days which is a bit challenging

Just want to say thank you for FANTASTIC service at King Shaka International Airport yesterday. Car was ready when I landed. Flew in and out for the day from JHB. By the time I boarded my second flight my deposit was back in my credit card. Thanks very much!

BEWARE OF HIDDEN CHARGES !Service was speedy and efficient upon receiving and returning,friendly staff,however on day 2 I queried my contract as I saw that I would be going over the allocated mileage.I went into a branch and explained my situation,the staff member explained that once the vehicle is taken one cannot upgrade the contract,however I may cancel and re book.He sat with a calculator did the sums and told me that @ R3.50 km it would amount to around R500 and that amount would be similar to me canceling and taking out another contract.What the staff member did not tell me is that that R3.50 is then multiplied by 15% vat and another 14% onto of that ! Obviously had I known that I would have canceled and taken out another contract. On the contract as well I cannot seem to find where it states that it is R3.50 plus vat plus extra 14% .Very deceptive of Woodford indeed.Not impressed,beware and always take the extra mileage option if you fear you may go over as they charge you exorbitantly!

From the moment I walked into their offices to the moment I handed over the keys I received nothing but excellent service. Thanks to two gentlemen, I was successful in my first car hire and in my journey which had been quite stressful up until that point. I would definitely recommend Woodford to anyone looking for friendly , accommodating, and timeous service.

Excellent service provided by consultants....the only challenge is uplifting the holding deposit which takes up to a week or two...and according to Woodford rules TAT is 72 hours and it's not the case

RA Number - KS-66650 - Excellent service from the staff at Woodford Car Rentals at Kingshaka Airport.I got there to pick up the car, only to find that it was an automatic, but in no time they changed the car to a manual. The car was very neat and clean.The staff at the collection point, Sebastian Moodley - great service, friendly. He made sure the car was thoroughly checked before we left. Great service with communication from the booking point right up until drop off. Was quick and easy and provided clients with clear instructions and lines of communication and escalation in case of any issue. Will definitely use them again

To start with and most importantly Woodford had the best price.Very helpful to add the super waiver at the collection point. Very friendly and we even enjoyed a complimentary Esspresso and Water at the collection.We even got the exact car we booked which drove amazingly we will definitely consider Woodford first the next time we book.
