Love them. The only downside is that they don't communicate. They also don't send statements and invoices. If you forget any items in the car, you will never see them again.

The absolute worst service I've EVER recieved. Everyone I dealt with had the biggest attitude. Worst thing of all is nobody EVER answers the phone. Impossible to get hold of and when you do get through you recieve attitude. Whoever is running the show there absolutely needs to sort this out!

The salesman I dealt with was slow to respond and told me the car I was interested in was in very good condition. Driving far to see the car and it was a huge disappointment and a waste of time. It was full of scratches and chips and had a big gash just above the doorframe, something that another salesman said was still to be repaired. I am not sure how much damage the normal 'hide' like this.
