Morgensrust Wedding & Function Venue
Morgensrust is reluctant to pay the breakage deposit and make up things not to give your full amount back. None of my guests brought alchohol on the premises and all my guests did not arrive even though i paid for tht amount of ppl the left over food was not given to us. Very disappointed in them for making up sumthing not 2 pay my full breakage fee.

Have been driving a lot of weddings the past weeks , least impressed by this venue especially with the owner's attitude . The food wasn't worth the expense , the venue is beautiful but cannot be all that makes the package , the juice was watery , the wine that was included in the package was finished within minutes when only very few of the 120 people was actually drinkers . Will definitely not be advertising this venue

We had a Year end Party at Morgenrust on the 07.12.2018 and we had an awesome time. The Atmosphere was so relaxed, everyone was socializing and having a good time with drinks and Excellent food. As the host of this event we felt proud seeing everyone having such a good time and hearing all the positive comments, this party was fabulous which kicked off the festive celebrations. Thank You to Everyone at Morgenrust for professional and excellent services.

Beautiful venue located just off the Klapmuts offramp. There is beautiful garden surroundings. The venue is big and spacious. The food is excellent. Staff was polite and professional. All round great venue great food. Loved photographing here at this venue.

If you looking for a wedding venue, this is NOT the place. The staff member lacked knowledge of how to greet and welcome to ensure the couple feels confident to share their moment together with family and friends at a place carefully considered as part of their journey. After all, first impressions count more and such a pity to be put off, because the venue itself is well kept and great potential for photos and set up for a beautiful ceremony. I suggest training of staff or perhaps a person hired just to welcome guests and give them a tour around.

Great venue with many photographic opportunities to make fit the perfect event. Lovely parking, big hall and well looked after toilets. Place to run a cash bar.
