Frederick House.
This place is not properly maintained. If load shedding is 2 hours in this building is 2hrs 30 minutes it does not update immediately. Sometimes it doesn’t have water and electricity for 3 days without a proper update. I cannot recommend this place

Do not move here. The place is infested with cockroaches. And the deposit you pay will be used to fix their building, don't even think you will get it back. The maintenance is terrible in a sense that you will pay a large amount of money for fixing a small thing. Just when I moved in I had a leak in the kitchen I only noticed it after two weeks , they charged me more than a grand to fix that and replace the cupboard shelf.
