I was a loyal customer. Had a fill done on sculptung but it started to chip after 2 days at my cuticles (acrylic was done over my cuticles). There was a big attitude" problem when I came back to have it fixed. I had only one lifting nail fixed

Nail technician Kea makes that place enjoyable and worthwhile. They are always out of beverages which is a pity but Kea is great

I made an appointment on Booksy and when I arrived the lady looked shocked to see me. No apology, just a wave over to the chair and told to wait. Needless to say I didn't wait. The attitude alone put me off receiving a service which was likely to also be of poor quality from people who can't even keep an appointment

Service was okay, however 2 gelish nails with acrylic dip came off & they refused to fix their mistake with no charge.I phoned requesting bio sculpture on to arrive at the Nail Kitchen to get told that they dont have many colours.Didn't get what I asked for - very unhappy person.
