We as customers notice when you overwork your staff. We went to Makro for our monthly shopping, there were not enough tills open and there was A LOT of customers. There were also no one to help packing groceries in bags. You cannot expect your tellers to also pack bags. Hire more people to help with the packing. I am sure you can afford it.

WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER RECEIVED. BOUGHT AN ORDER OF OVER 30K AT MAKRO AND IT WAS SUPPOSE TO ARRIVE YESTERDAY . ORDER HAS NOT ARRIVED. I CALLED THEM COUNTLESS TIMES FROM WEDNESDAY AND NO ONE ANSWERED. FINALLY THIS MORNING (FRIDAY) I FOUND A GUY BY THE NAME OF SIPHO MASHININI, VERY RUDE AND STATED THAT I SHOULD BE THE ONE TO CALL THE COURIER COMPANY - HE COULDNT EVEN GIVE ME THE NUMBERS TO USE - HE SAID I SHOULD GOOGLE THEM"!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! IMAGINE ! NO HELP AT ALL GIVEN !!!! ORDER MAK4379040"
