At the end of 2019 I used Infinity after a HUGE cockroach infestation after a very rainy period. I had no idea how many there were as for 2-3 weeks, every morning I needed to clean the floors before I could do as there was a lot of dead bodies" on the floors.....it was terrible! After 3 months a single roach was spotted and the day before the lockdown my entire home was treated again

Theo was great! He explained why we had the issue with pests, what we could do around the house to ensure that it did not reoccur into the future (such as move my husband's braai wood pile), what we could expect after termination etc. This was very valuable. He did a thorough job spraying for pests and he have not had a problem since. Thank you Theo and team!

We had an issue after our treatment, but the owner Theo Snr. was more than willing to accommodate us and express his apology. For that we are very appreciative. Overall we are happy with most of the other factors of the treatment.I trust my criticism and chat with Theo on the phone was constructive and it aids in bettering and strengthening their business model and servicing in the future.

What a breath of fresh air these guys are. Service Excellence is the only phrase that describes them. They quoted me on the day that I called and delivered the following day as agreed. They gave me an eatimated time of delivery and kept me informed of their whereabouts. Once at the property they quickly ascertained what needed to be done and made it happen. The traps are tamper proof and neat. If you want your issue sorted these are the people to call.
