The Octavia Boutique Hotel

It is highly disappointing that such a beautiful establishment is managed poorly. Firstly- when you call the number provided by google- THERE IS NO ANSWER. Secondly- i sent through an email enquiring about their wedding packages- and i was told to come to the establishment to make an informed decision. An informed decision could have been made if proper information was provided, it is your responsibility to educate the client about the services that you render- i was appalled because weddings are'nt cheap and to be given such a cheap response did'nt give me much hope or even entice my desire to have a wedding in their premises. Imagine, I received information from the Relax Inn, Collisheen Estate; Eden Wedding Venue and even The Oyster-box without stepping foot into their premises- please benchmark from these 5 Star Rated places on how to manage customers. Us deciding to promote black businesses we shouldn't be made to regret this choice. Life is hard enough and petrol is expensive. You can do better.

A very beautiful property, with a lot of amenities to keep any kind of traveler comfortable and entertained. The rooms are beautiful and the welcome pack that you get when checking in does make a guest feel special. The only downside is the location and the difficulty of finding the place, but the property does have a shuttle service which does a help. The food is impeccable, I had oysters for the first time and they were amazing. The chef was also very friendly and would explain what each dish had. The place is really a hidden gem.

I just want to know how one goes about getting work there? If anyone knows of any vacancies

It is a very nice hotel for those who want peace of mind. Their staff is just amazing except for this other so-called chef who was rude! And ended up cooking very salty dinner for us. Their bar is well designed with a rude yet very energetic bartender.

I had the pleasure of experiencing this lovely Hotel over the weekend, Wow!! It a beautiful hotel with exceptional service, We are so grateful to have such an amazing hotel in Inanda that can host diff occasions!!!

The hotel is a boutique hotel located at the highest pt in Durban. This is simply stunning a d the view is breath taking.

The scandinavian design of the hotel, the farm and inanda views, helicopter landing. A sauna, jacuzzi and an infinity pool will do

The best since it's location is secluded but I was happy with everything the dinner,dessert,drinks,room service and the staff Is very friendly
