The massage was correct but the prices on their website is false. I paid 213R more than what it was said. It was written 690R and -15% discount for the first coming. I had no other choice than paid 800R because « it was the price of last year and the prices announced hasn’t been updated. When I contacted the manager about it, he apologies but I had to come with an idea to resolve the situation because « it was my fault I should have asked him in the first place » so I had to let him know how the resolve it. A few weeks after, I contacted him again to book a massage and ask to deduct the surplus they took from me but again the price they show for 30 minutes of massage isn’t the right one on their website and I don’t find correct to have to pay 237R to get a massage I didn’t want in the first place just to get back the money they owe me. So I changed my mind and ask to have my money back without doing any massage. The manager had a very unprofessional behaviour saying that it was my fault not having the correct prices, that I should have known them because « everyone knows them ». I don’t find it normal to fool his customers and then say that it’s the customer’s fault. After laughing at me several times, I said that I won’t come again and I will warn people about it. He didn’t care because he « has his computer guy and he will just book me as a trouble customer » while I am just asking for my right. Like he said « nothing is for free » but fooling his clients will just make you loose money. I don’t recommend at all this Spa. Besides losing money, no respect was shown. First time I had a bad experience like this.
