Andre, in particular, went out of his way to ensure that my machine was repaired efficiently and effectively, I was truly impressed with his professionalism, expertise and just friendly personality.I must also mention Michelle at the front desk, was just as helpful and made us feel welcome and comfortable from the moment we stepped into their office, and her coffee-making skills outshines any barista in a 100km radius :)Overall, I highly recommend CSSi South Africa to anyone who needs data recovery or data storage distribution services. Thank you to the entire team for the efficient service and hospitality.I visited during December to recover data from a damaged hard drive and was assisted by Mojtabah (Moji). Progress was provided every step of the way, so there is no need to follow-up on your requests.A real bonus was that making payment was so easy, via a banking link on the invoice as opposed to manually adding the beneficiary on my banking profile.When I returned to collect the device upon completion of the job, my son was asleep and I carried him out of the car. Michelle from reception and Moji brought all the documentation to me while I was seated so that I could complete the admin without the stress of carrying him and walking around.Will definitely recommend CSSI in future.A techno lab with humanity, thank you again team.Nisaa'

Super quick and friendly service. I ordered two 1TB SSDs from them - the SSDs were shipped in an additional layer of protective foam to prevent damage during transport. Will definitely use CSSI again.
