We had this guy Karl install a new motor for our garage door. Recently, we had problems with the garage door opening automatically. Called him to come and have a look, he promised to come a dozen times and never pitched. Disgusting service.

What an awesome, efficient, prompt and friendly service we received from these guys. We called them at night time, to fix our garage door. Not only did they fix our garage door at a reasonable price, they also attended to the gate when I mentioned that it was also broken. They didn't have their drill with them for the gate, so they promised to come the next day, and they did.I will definitely recommend them.

Initially these Guys were excellent and the installation was great except for forgetting the backup battery. After numerous messages and hassling the battery was placed. Now they need to do the followup tensioning of my door.arrangements were made with a NO SHOW. They do not answer calls or messages. After sales service sucks ... what a pity.Follow up: My garage doors were now serviced with a plausible excuse for the lack of communication. So from 5-star to 1-star to now 3-star. I will use them again.

The guy who installed my door never came to check my door after I called and reminded him. As it is the door which was installed last year in June 2020 is screeching and now I have to call another company to come and fix his bad service.
