I am so disappointed at the services of open reality I would never recommend them and use them again.I was staying in a 40sqm bachelor pad and on the day of outgoing inspection I was SMSed from the open reality inspectors stating that she will not make it as she had car problems which I understood I then took the time to drive and drop of the key at her house. After some days I received my outgoing inspection, which stated the back door key and lock damage which i was aware of.After a week I received the invoice for the damaged key and lock, and there was a discrepancy as the front and back door was fixed where I only damaged the back door. I then notified the agent from open reality and she said she will consult with owner. After some weeks of the owner moving back in, I received another mail from the agent, stating that the owner says I damaged a bedroom draw and the washing line.I did not understand how cause in the before and after pictures they look exactly the same. I asked for pictures of the damages for clarity I did not receive anything. I asked if she could share the invoices when depositing back my deposit I did not receive anything.I tried calling no answer, email no answer.I’m still waiting on feedback for a 40sqm bachelor apartment deposit.Absolutely terrible services
