Had the static art coilovers installed on my bmw 1 series about 2 years ago and other than the car looking good and improved cornering, I've been quite unhappy with the ride quality. I've read a few reviews commenting that they have been comfortable for them personally i strongly disagree with them. It could perhaps be improper setup or other problems i dont know but since I've had them i havent been very happy.

I can't thank Simon Adams enough for sending out Leroy and Chadlin (ART Suspersions Technicians) to sort out my coilover issue's. They drove all the way from Boksburg to Standerton to assist me. They didn't waste any time in analyzing the setup problems and provided prompt solutions that have really made a huge difference to the ride quality and handling on the car now. Installed static art on my wife's S3, Product is everything and more than advertised, car feels like a train on rails, no rubbing and touching with all the lows while not compromising the OEM ride quality of the car. Amazing customer service from the team at Art, world class product.
