Dis-Chem Pharmacy Valley View - Krugersdorp
Dischem managed to wipe out most of the privately owned smaller pharmacies and now we pretty much have to use them for medication. As a result you end up in a queue of 30 people waiting to get prescription medication with only 2 pharmacists and a handful of assistants who need the pharmacists to sign off on the medication. All of this accounts for a long uncomfortable wait. Not a good model at all.

What a disaster area the medication pick-up point at Dischem Valley View is! Only one assistant and a queue of 6 people whilst the otc counter is serviced by 2 assistants. This is the umpteenth time I had to leave without picking up pre-ordered meds. Wake up!

I booked a spa manicure and pedicure combo and received confirmation for the booking. I got gelnails when asked about the mani and pedi I was told it was not available to stock shortage!! Terrible experiece.

Not all the Dischem brances are the same. The staff is friendly and very helpful. The dispensary is quick and they go the extra mile to assist.The store is neat and clean. Will recommend anytime.

My teenage daughter was so nicely treated by Portia for her acne today at Skin Strategy salon. No judgment just care. Portia then also sorted us out with products that can effectively address acne. No hard sell just recommended. I have purchased and there is an immediate improvement. Thank you Portia for your time and attention to share with us handwritten instructions for use of products and your mobile number if we need further assistance. Rebecca thank you for waiting in queue so we could pay with you at hand. Wow! What gems at this salon! We will be back!

Staff are always pleasant and helpful and know the layout of the like the back of their hand.Antoinette is a pharmacist par excellence. Always friendly, knows her clients very well and goes the extra mile to help in any way. She told me that it would be cheaper for me to take 15 extra 100ml tabs of Epitec and halve those to get my 150mg dose than buying 30 each of the 100mg and 50mg.Thank you Antoinette.
