Amazing service. I live 50km out of Bloemfontein and he went out of his way to collect my TV on the same day I had a problem with my TV.He kept constant contact with me and keeping me in the loop.Reliable and fast. It wasnt even 3 working days and I got my TV back brand spanking new and was handled with amazing care.I am so proud to say that I highly recommend, as I know myself by being a pain when it comes to service from a company and my belongings.Well done and thank you so very much.

Die beste diens wat ek in jare ervaar het! I phoned Kloppers in Bloemfontein at 10:30 in the morning to report my faulty TV remote, and less that 24 hours later I had a new remote. I live in Hermanus, so that is truly remarkable service. Thank you very very much.

I visited the store at their place of business this morning in Haldon Road in Bloemfontein. I was greeted by the an extremely friendly lady at reception. She was very professional and her friendliness was something that stood out. There was also a technician there who also greeted me very nicely although he wasn't attending to me at the time. I asked on some of their products and the same technician assisted me with the same friendliness, patience and professionalism. I value that highly and would recommend this business to anyone who values friendly, good and professional service. 10 out of 10!
