The best of service from Neo at despensary. I urgently needed pain medication yesterday. My docter emailed the script to Neo. As we could not get into town ourselves, between Neo, the delivery guy (who unfortunely was in a small accident yesterday) and the kind people from Rust Oord Resort, they arranged for the medicine to be delivered to me at the resort. To have a dischem is very good but I'm disappointed about something I seen I don't know exactly what was happening because I wasn't told. I went to buy few items when I seen the price charged at the till before paying I informed the cashier the price is not correct,I went to take a picture of the sale price and showed the cashier who inturn called the manager after awhile she confirmed that I was correct she told the cashier to deduct the difference I then saw the person assisting in the aisle come to the cashier and hand her some money. I'm thinking now the manager charged the person the money after refunding me.is this their policy? Can someone from dischem contact me?
