They have nice things, but bad service. Finished paying for a specific washing machine on lay-bye, and when time came for delivery, they said that I have to pay R 400 extra to buy another machine, becaue the machine I have already paid for.. is out of stock. This means that my machine was sold to someone else. Unacceptable. I demand a R 400.00 refund.

Zeerust Fair price is the most incompetent furniture shop ever! bought furniture 3weeks backs i paid the full amount along with delivery. Till this day i havent received it! Ive up and down the shop calling them taking all the efforts that they should do! I today im been told its raining, boarders are closed they cant come whereby theres not even a single drop! This is unbecoming... You cant make you problem a customer problem... Why should your drunk drivers be my concern. I want what i bought... Ive been patient BUT THIS! NO

Their service it's very poor they don't deliver on time as they promised, the stuff would always lie or keep you on hold. They take customers for granted

The staff lied to get business now they fail to deliver within 4 days as agreed, first they say their is fleet is in service, the following day they say the delivery vehicle got stuck now they promised to deliver at night but still failed, whats next
