The Crazy Store Brentwood Park

I bought helium balloons from crazy store and in less than 12 hours they were deflated. They were extremely expensive for absolute rubbish! I've had balloons from Westpack last weeks. Don't waste your money. After this and having to deal with an unhelpful lady behind the counter, I will never be returning to this crazy store. I would honestly like a refund for this.

Closed at 16h00 on Saturday instead of 17h00 .

Lots of choice

The store is full of cool stuff. You can find nice things for your home. The service is not so good. Staff doesn't greet, a negative vibe in the store.

We where there on friday the 1st of October. Baught a couple of things and when we got to the till to pay for our stuff. There was a gentlemen with the name Xolani behind the till. He was the only one behind the till. He didnt greet is or evan made eye contact with us. After standing there for about 5 to 10 min without him helping us. Just standing there the whole time not saying a word to us. Just when i was about to loose my cool and wanted to ask him if he plans on helping us, 2 other tellers came out of no where and he litterly just moved out stuff to the next counter for the other teller to help us....First of all i wouldnt have minded if there was an issue with his teller or something but atleast speak to you customers so they know whats going on.Second of all there was nothing wrong with his teller, he was helping another lady before us but she had to go exchange something or im not sure but when we got there she wasnt there but he could of told us that he is helping someone at the moment can we please wait or whatever the case may be...It was really not a nice experience and i would like to emphasize how important friendly communication is in your line of work..... i will most definitely think twice before i support this branch again....

It's got all sorts of goodies and gadgets. Nice for a easy gifts or homely stuff
