CaCell - 18th Floor Sandton City Office Tower

Ordered my phone on Sunday online over a long weekend and on the Monday public holiday they responded saying that they'll have the order ready for dispatch on Tuesday morning. Today I received the phone... its Wednesday, so a next day delivery to the corner of the earth as I am on holiday down in the eastern cape. Phone is brand spanking new in a sealed box, I was worried as it was so much cheaper than anyone else that I thought it might be refurbished or have been a returned previously. But not at all, Ca Cell were very professional and guaranteed a 7 days no questions asked return policy if there was a problem. One of the best companies to use for online phone purchases. Will use them again.EDIT: The phone had an issue with it's screen so had to be returned. Courier arrived the next day to pick it up for a returns inspection... then the wait began with no communication from CaCell, I had to keep following up every other day as their 48 hour turnaround time was blown away as had to wait over a month before I was offered a credit or replacement, which I took and now works fine. They were very friendly and professional throughout and apologized as their supplier was on leave and the cause of the delay in replacing the phone.

I am so unbelievably disappointed in the service I have received!!! I ordered my child's Christmas present well before Christmas. I phone the next day to see if it was on its way and they said they would call me back. No phone call. I called back at about 4pm and the said the courier had already left so they could only send the next day... Weird as they knew I had ordered. Anyway, I got over that and they said it would be here on Friday. The package arrived and it was the wrong thing!!! Now starting to panic that we won't have a Christmas present, I called them and explained it was the wrong thing... They told me I was wrong and that is what I had ordered!! I asked them to bring it up on their screen and then they could see that they had sent the wrong package. The lady then promised me the right thing would arrive on Christmas eve. I calmed down and was happy that she was promising me this. I called them this morning... 23 Dec.... To check on the progress. They said all looks good and they will check with the dispatcher and get him to call me. No phone call by 4pm, I I called them... Again... To be told that it was too late to get the order done as their suppliers have closed and I won't be getti g my package.... Now what?!! We will refund you is the response I got.... There will be one VERY disappointed little girl on Christmas morning. I cannot believe it took me all this time to sort out nothing... I could have got it elsewhere on time... But now it's too late.. I AM FURIOUS!!!

Don't waist your time on buying anything from this company. the service level is very shocking. if you are not satisfied with your product in within the agree time it's a mission to get refund or exchange your product. After several follow up on the phone regarding a new phone bought and not compatible with my banking apps, I had to come to the office to try and solve this issue. From 11h00 I only get helped at 15h30

What a pity that I hadn't read the reviews before attempting to do business with these people. PLEASE READ THE CONTENT OF THE REVIEWS BEFORE MAKING YOUR DECISION.I had to wait for more than 10 (working) days for an order that eventually never came. I'm not the first person to have this kind of issue.I was so poorly updated on the progress that I had to phone them on the expected days of delivery to find out if my device was going to be delivered only to find out that they didn't have stock even though I had paid and they accepted the order (on at least 3 different occasions).When it came to recovering my excess, it was more of the same. They habitually missed their own deadlines without providing any information unless I contacted them.Overall a poor experience which I wouldn't recommend. There are multiple other retailers that have exactly the same, if not a wider, variety and range of stock who behave in a professional manner.

Ordered a Samsung phone 26th Nov. No order confirmation email after ordering. Wait a few days, sent an email which was ignored. Called and was told someone will check and call back, no call back. Kept calling daily until I was advised its out for delivery only to get a further call to confirm that the dual sim phone I ordered is actually out of stock and they only have single sim in stock. 14th Dec I was offered a refund but advised that I would take the single sim phone since it was too late to source a good deal elsewhere. Single sim phone was delivered 15th. Would not order from them again.

Saw a dishwasher on the CA Cellular website that I wanted. Phoned in just to make sure there was stock, as I saw some reviews moan about the website saying In stock" when it was not. Got the positive for the store having stock. Paid via their online platform. Next day

Pathetic serviceGot my iPhone 13 Pro Max from the shop and it started to give problems within 2 days of use. Nobody cares to assist when you call you being send from pillar to post. What a BAD service. Will no recommend anybody to try this scam shop.

If could give zero I would. I ordered on the 21st of june Friday and expected them to ship on Monday as I only placed the order on their site after working hours. Come Monday I get no notification as to when the parcel will be shipped. Come Tuesday I call them, and they say that they should ship by the end of the day and give me a waybill and it should be on my doorstep come the next day, which is fine. The next day I get the same story, will ship at the end of the day and it will come Thursday. Wednesday I never received the waybill nor Thursday. So I call them again and this time they say it should come tomorrow, but I ask them for the waybill which I never received and I get it. When I put the phone down I check the waybill on many sites including courier its own site and it cant be verified.They are very quick to take your money, which is shown by how they check to see if everything is alright as soon as you add something to cart they will use your details that you provide (to check shipping estimates) and they will contact you to see if your order is going smoothly and how they can help get their money faster. I mistook this for good customer service...and now I am having to go through a great big cycle of getting a refund...yippee. I went to vodacom and asked if they would price match the cost of the phone including shipping and they were glad too. Save yourself the hassle and just go get your phone elsewhere

Whatever you do.... DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE An absolute disgrace.Until I actually see the item I will be convinced these guys are one big scam. I placed a R3000 order on 09 March 2020 and was invoiced and informed I would receive the item in 3 days. 10 days later, I had to contact them 4 separate times to get a tracking number.
